Canon 5D Mark II
Canon EF 16mm-35mm f/2.8L at 16mm

Note: Each RAW file was ~30MB. I know crazy, but I had to try it.

I bought mine at B&H in NY. The MKII still hard to come by here. I was checking every morning and got lucky a few days before Christmas.
Reputable places in the US are selling them for -
$2699 for body only
$3499 for kit with EF 24mm-105mm f/4L
I also bought 2 8GB San Disk Extreme IV CF at the same time

you'd need it with that amount of memory swallowing....should get mine this week.......how do you find its speed at writing to card as this is something that bugs me with my 5d?

Except for long exposures it is fast but I am using San Disk Extreme IV CF's that write at 45MB/sec. Have fun when you get your MK II.

Not when it is a RAW file from 21MP sensor. I was just fooling around to see how long Photomatix would take to process them. Thanks a lot BTW!
