Sunset glow on Inverness Beach, Cape Breton, NS after a stormy evening. It always amazes me how the sky glows just after the sun dips below the horizon. This evening, I was one of the very few people on the beach. There was one other woman from Montreal photographing shore birds. We talked for a while then said it was getting too cold and she was going to head back to her cabin. I told her she was going to miss the best of the light show so she stayed a few more minutes to witness this as well. She said she never saw anything like it.
